Well done from tripod position 4! Great angle, lighting and water flow!
Alan: Thanks, Elizabeth. I'm pleased you like it.

A black mountain - it could be the seat of the devil or another dark monster we should not near -a very impressive view. The water looks a bit like textiles - but it is streaming for ever and ever, and I can hear it rushing...the lonely tree seems to struggle for life against wind and all weathers.
Alan: Thanks, Philine. It's interesting to see how the trees gave grown even in the few years since I first saw this scene. It can be a hard life up there for these.

And probably the most mysterious to pronounce too! Anyway - this is a lovely shot
Alan: There's a walking web site I use for the Highlands and that has audio clips on with the pronunciation. I'm still no wiser, really!
Yours is the best!
Alan: You're just saying that, Mary smile But thanks anyway!
A very nice shot Alan, it never diminishes,no matter how many times you see this mountain.
Alan: The view may be familiar but every shot is unique. Thanks, Frank.
Wonderful shot, with all those life-giving veins spilling smile
Alan: Thanks, Martin.
I like your view very much Alan
A very good effort Alan ... I just feel that the whole composition looks a tad squashed.
What and interesting composition Alan... it may be the most-photographed mountain in Scotland... but this is the first time that i've seen it.... the long exposure on the water falls worked out just great....petersmile
Top class picture Alan
The waterfalls look alive!
Up there with the finest Alan, golden hour pics possibly excepted - fantastic colours and detail & great composition.

I'll bet not many have taken as good a picture as this, Alan.
