This is an exquisite composition, Maestro.
Alan: So, kind, I do try sometimes, although it often does not look like it.

Très jolie vue avec les reflets dans le lac et les jonquilles.
Alan: Thanks, Martine. The fluffy clouds dd so much to a scene.
How beautiful... the reflections have just the right shimmer...
Alan: Thanks, Larry. The clouds make this for me.
this is very well done Alan... a likey for me....petersmile
Alan: Thanks, Peter; that's kind.
Wow! I believe this is what you all refer to as "Choccie Box"?! Beautiful!
Alan: Thanks, Elizabeth. I'll be happy to be approached by a choccie box manufacturer so that I can make my fortune. smile

Oh, this is a wonderful photo! Yes, Choccie Box!
Alan: Thanks, Philine. The clouds made this for me with their reflection on the lake and the lovely daffodils still in bloom.

Spring has sprung!
Alan: Indeed; even so close the Arctic Circle.
We seem to be showing similar themes today ... good stuff Alan.
Alan: We have a rich heritage of fine photogenic buildings smile
Nice composition Alan, I like the daffodils.
Alan: I try to get a pleasing composition.
The reflection of those fluffy white sky things is my favorite part of this pretty picture.
Alan: Thant was my attraction, too, Mary.
wow this is breath taking, Alan. i love both this spot and your picture of it.
Alan: Thanks, Ayush. It was a lucky find on my way elsewhere.
This is a bit like the sort of picture I would take so I have to regard it as brilliant
Alan: Well, I have to say that even if it wasn't the sort of image that you would take, I still think it is very pleasing; the clouds make it for me.
Fine looking house isn't it, only a very few GUW so they don't spoil your picture.
Alan: I waited sometimes for them to move off but they showed no sign of doing so. I think the house has been used in period films.
A very handsome pile!
Alan: I would imagine it costs a fortune to keep together. I'd have somewhere a little less grand.
