Joli souvenir. Mes parents ont eu une 2cv.
Alan: A sight very common throughout France at one time, I should think.
a fair remark, Alan. i like how the potted plants and the car all seem to be tilting over.
Alan: I think the slope has given a lean to the plants.

Yes, this must be charming France - I like the flower pots in the windows - the Mistral wind might have bended the little trees.
Alan: A delightful spot, indeed. I think the slope has given a lean to the plants. The building with the flower pots is a hotel and and English couple came out and and chatted to us,.

It could be a film set in California perhaps.
Alan: Or perhaps some clever CGI thing?

Delightful, Alan
Alan: It was a lovely place.
Quintessentially French! A lovely image, Alan smile
Alan: Mais qui, mon ami!
Again- quite typical of the area. Looks like someone has been busy with the Banned in France Glyphosate on the weeds
Alan: Hahah!!! Probably put down by an ex-pat!
As I said the other day this is the sort of France I would like to see.
Alan: Well worth the effort, Brian. Were going by train again next year.
I actually contemplated buying one of these years ago. Luckily sanity prevailed
Alan: Really? I'm pleased that your momentary period of madness has since long gone.
it is nice of then to park the car at the angles of the stone wall and the potted trees Alan
....petersmile
Alan: All on the side of a hill, Peter smile
